Hello, Thank you for your review. Revolut is known for its Never Settle and Get it Done values, which are two things that draw many people to the company, along with its fast-paced, innovative environment. We want to encourage people to thrive on these values, while also maintaining a healthy work/life balance, being aware of the signs of burnout, and looking after their own wellbeing. We believe that clear performance expectations help us all focus on the same goals, and to direct support where it's needed. KPIs are discussed and agreed between line managers and employees, to make sure we’re all aligned. We take all feedback seriously, and we're constantly working on making Revolut a great place to work. By intently listening to our employees we've birthed new programs: Speed Mentoring, Yes You Can Program and just recently RevManager Hub. Thanks to these initiatives we will make sure our managers are better prepared for their work. We appreciate all that you've done, and wish you well in your next role. We wish you the best.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.
