Pros

Remote work, WFH allowance, fast paced on occasions, good product (when and if it works on occasions)

Cons

Long hours required to hang in there resulting in poor work life balance. Cases are required for everything you do and agents are slow to respond/unresponsive and miss simple details (I imagine this is a result of pressure they are under/bugs plagued within the product). There is no collaboration amongst teams. You are essentially siloed. Client satisfaction is low because of ongoing changes and bugs so customer churn continues to be a real problem. KPI’s are ok but you need good fortune with one or two large accounts early on to achieve target. Your target will increase greatly each Q. If you don’t hit target one quarter be warned you will be fired! Leadership also recently capped commission so your earning potential has decreased dramatically unless you can see into the future.. There are too many reps in the market now so prospects are difficult to source. There is no marketing department you are responsible for the full cycle and also customer service on the accounts. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing but you quickly realise the volumes required and problems with the platform it becomes unsustainable and suddenly KPI’s are out of reach.

Hi! Thank you for your review! Revolut is a fast-growing and exciting business. We've achieved a lot in a very short time, and this ambitious, dynamic environment can be challenging sometimes. In our everyday work we’re driven by our values — Never Settle, Get it Done and Deliver WOW. We couldn’t call ourselves a global financial superapp today if we weren’t true to them every day for the last seven years. Our team is our most precious asset, and we never compromise on talent. We select, coach, and retain the top talent and give them all the support to achieve greatness. Our goals are discussed and agreed between line managers and employees, to make sure they’re exciting not only for the company, but for the Revoluter too. We believe that clear performance expectations help us all focus on the same priorities, and direct teamwork effort where it's needed. We appreciate your feedback, and wish you all the best!

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
