Pros

- Strong brand - Fast moving organisation - Clients like the product. Especially easy to sell to company management people who are already users on the personal banking side - If you do your work nobody will be on your a**. + Remote work is a blessing - Compensation is good for people who are successful - I think the work-life balance is actually quite good if you are efficient and disciplined

Cons

Definitely not a job for everybody: - You have a lot of freedom in the way you define your sales strategy and tactics but this might be a difficult job for very junior sales - In your early days as a sales at Revolut you need luck to close a deal with at least one high value customer as main KPI is your own generated gross profit during a quarter - You are a number at Revolut, but there is no hypocrisy and no "we are a family" type of BS. You know what to expect if you don't reach KPI - People who have important needs for social interactions will be unhappy as most teams work remotely from different place

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
