Pros

Revolut is a great company to work at. Really competitive pay + equity, incredibly smart colleagues and the ability to impact a huge, global customer base. The company is growing quickly which gives employees a lot of opportunity to grow into senior roles or move laterally onto different teams. Talent bar is very high, which makes working across the company really enjoyable.

Cons

Culture is very direct and to the point + metrics driven. Some colleagues found this challenging, but I thought it was overall very healthy + resulted in a high performance environment
