Pros

Salary, That too is given not on basis of your skills but because they wanted you hire with more salary and make you work like labour and then fire you once they feel like.

Cons

I have seen many employees here writing that there's no cons everything is good, maybe they are new here, but let elaborate on this, Even before joining revolut i did check for the review and found out negative reviews, which i felt yes obviously they didn't do in their kpi good so they got terminated and hence writing their frustration here. But let me assure you they were right Revolut has hire and fire policy, they say they are performance centric but actually they are not after all the hard work you do, they will terminate you from nowhere and say you didn't perform well and its not the frustration i am writing this, because it's something i know that they will max, keep employees in support/service for 6 months and after that for some vague reason they will kick you out, and suddenly they will remove access, leaving you with no option to access this people, You will be blank in what to do, and they will just send an automated mail saying you can contact HR anytime and once you click on that link it dosen't work. when you are working you will realise its a scam company and totally my fault in joining it as i ignored negative reviews, i have learnt from this and i hope everyone who joins or going to join please look at this review once, Dont spoil you career in revoult. And i believe if revolut replies they will again have some automated or already copy paste para to reply with.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
