Pros

- You'll be surrounded by incredibly talented people - Recruiters are really capable of finding the right talent for the teams and departments, with that said, recruitment is kinda gruesome and very long - Pay is above average - Lots of different skills that can be learned while on the job - Very quick ramp-up - Expanding product

Cons

- The turnover is crazy. Three years in, I'm a veteran at the company - Absurd projects and deadline setting. It seems some projects are executed for the sake of executing. No such thing as a MVP, we just need to roll out regardless how flawed it is to meet deadlines - No afterthought of potential consequences resulting from this rushed mindset - Toxic leadership. The "get it done" thing is really just an excuse to push people to their limit and then blame them when they burnout and fail - Systems that should be in place to protect staff are there really only to protect leadership - No A/B testing - Absolute obsession with data driven results with no qualitative analysis of it - No recognition system, no reward system, unless you're in the upper echelons - Absolute lack of transparency in decision making and implementation

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
