Pros

1. Salary (but the benefits are reducing day by day) 2. No delay in salary

Cons

1.Unrealistic + non achievable KPIs (you are live on 6-8 chats in one go constantly most of the day) if you make a little mistake anywhere even a coma during the chat they will find it and will judge your performance on that one mistake for the day. 2. Knowledge base sucks- lengthy unclear article on every single thing, its like finding a needle in a haystack. 3. They deliberately gives you mark down not to improve but to throw out because the KPIs are set in a way it is inhuman to achieve them. Than will put reports on your face as if the problem is you. 4. Always overload with work. 5. Keep moving you internally in different verticals on the name of business requirement. 6. It’s like being in a school because you are always reading learning and than unlearning and learning different things again in a very short span of time, no proper training since there are very less tenured agents to train you. 7. Revolut hate their employees in a sophisticated manner, they will put so much pressure on you that you will want to resign every day or cry. Then they will find a way to terminate you. 8. Not a fast passed company, users scream on agents for unsatisfactory services they do not know they are the 5,6 or 8 th person being handled at the one time. 9. Management have no idea how to manage Human Resource, they actually do not consider you human with memory and brain they consider you artificial intelligent robots just want to feed data and you are supposed to not make a single mistake even to follow a process to apply while you are taking lunch. 10. No work life balance, full of stress and sleepless nights.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
