Pros

Super company if you joined in 2022 or 2023.

Cons

Since 2024, the targets have become completely unrealistic and unattainable. What used to be a manageable 5k quarterly quota for someone with a year of tenure has now ballooned to 15k or more, without any justification. The commission structure has drastically worsened, it feels like they’re doing everything possible to avoid paying what you're owed. The work environment is incredibly toxic. Everyone is constantly under pressure, burned out, and turnover is sky-high, most people don’t last more than a year. Without commissions (which you likely won’t see), the base salary is average at best. You’re expected to do three roles at once, SDR, AE, and AM, without any additional support or recognition. The company name might look decent on your CV, but trust me, it’s not worth the stress and frustration. There are far better companies out there where you’re treated like a person, not just a number.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
