Pros

High Salary: Revolut pays a competitive salary. Remote work: Work flexibility, you can work from anywhere.

Cons

Unrealistic monthly targets: The goals set for Revolut India are unrealistic, and you have to work day and night to achieve those goals. Outdated/unfair hiring process: After working for 1.5 years in the Recruitment team, I can surely say that the aptitude test they ask candidates to take is outdated and not even 1% relevant to the skills required for the job. No job security: If you are not able to achieve 100% of your monthly goals, they will put you on probation or will ask you for voluntary exit. Doesn't matter even if you have achieved 90-95% of your monthly targets. If it is not 100%, your job will be at stake.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
