      Things move fast here. You're given a lot of responsibility and you are expected to deliver. You'll either sink or swim - it's not for everyone. If you do succeed, you'll surprise yourself at your own personal growth.

      Cons

      There is a lot of internal machinery to navigate. Everything is a ticket, a system, a confluence page.
