Pros
What I like best about the company is that they give young people a chance right out of school. Most companies do not give you a shot. Revolution trains you and helps you start your career. Great environment, great co-workers. The company encourages us to get to know our fellow co-workers through company group outings, and offers on going training for us to attend if we want to during lunches and weekends. Also the company is involved in many charities and helps children and woman through out the community. Which being a person with a disability myself is huge.
Cons
I think everyone would want to make more money, but they do provide you the opportunity to do so if you are willing to put in the time. So no real cons.
