Revolution Technologies

Is this your company?

I came here unsure of what I wanted to do in life, I found a career, amazing mentors, and a passion for helping others. - Technical Recruiter Revolution Technologies Employee Review

Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at Revolution Technologies include: *Unlimited Salary Cap- I went from entry-level salary... to learning the business... and now comfortable pushing towards DOUBLE my starting salary within 2 years... * You are rewarded for Hustling... I don't just mean Hard work.. You are recognized as an employee, given opportunities to advance both within the company and in advancing in your own personal ambitions (Currently sponsoring me through a Masters Degree) * It's a really fun office environment - When I started I was dressing up every day in slacks, pressed shirts, and ties.. Now I'm hustling in my Hawaiian Shirts on the regular. * On-the-job training - Few companies give you the liberty to really learn the role without prior experience... I had worked for the local community college before coming here.. my one advantage.. not afraid to dial the phone... RevTek saw whatever potential was in me 2 years ago and really helped shape me into a formidable technical recruiter quickly. *Healthy Habits are encouraged! - I am someone who lives by the clock.. everything is micromanaged internally.. Instead of wasting my lunch break sitting around local restaurants, I am encouraged to hit the Gym (I do Boxing regularly)... We have an RT Health and Fitness Club which promotes mental, Physical, and mental Health Initiatives within the company...

Pros

None. You received a bunch of emails.

Cons

They don't provide any medical/dental first three months. They don't tell you this during interview process. They just send you tons of emails and links and documents where your benefits are described but it's really not clear anywhere what benefits you get and when. They will tell you they fight for highest salary you can get but they don't do anything. They just want to add you to any company possible and after that they are pretty much done. You will almost never hear from them.
