Pros
They treat you like a person, not an employee. Being transparent in the benefits & how management approaches employees, no yelling & screaming about challenges, just collaboration & ideas. The office atmosphere is very fun, & progressive. It is a very challenging company due to the pace and ingenuity around every corner, which is awesome. If you apply yourself, you'll go somewhere.
Cons
To be successful you need great navigation, collaboration & influencing skills. If neither of those sounds appealing to you, or unwilling to learn that this is not for you.
