Pros
It is a good place to start your career so you can identify the type of company you do not want to work for as your progress through your career.
Cons
If you look closely at the reviews, you’ll notice that every negative review is followed by a slew of 5-8 positive reviews from the same day/week. These reviews have been gamed by management to appear as a good company to work for. From experience, whenever a negative review appeared, the owner and other management pushed for you to leave a favorable review. Cons: - Low salary - Poor margins on commissions - Costly benefits - Micromanagement from mid-level managers to the owner - Little training for the less experienced - Low ethical standards - Hostile work environment - Little to no flexibly without scrutiny to work from home during COVID (or ever) - They’ll threaten legal action if you leave the company
