      Pros

      Ability to control your own destiny - lots of freedom to develop your market but expectations are high for performance. Fun environment - restaurants are cool! New training program is great! All those committed to success are growing professionally as a result. If you sell well, have a good attitude and strong work ethic, you succeed here.

      High pressure sales - targets are challenging. But hey, that's Sales!

      Pros

      Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?

      Working with restaurants is fun but challenging too.
