      Pros

      Great company to work for. The training was rushed, but once you get your feet wet, the products for restaurants are great.

      Cons

      You are basically on your own, not much help from management, you sink or swim on your owne.

      Pros

      Ability to run your own business with support of a company behind you. High earning potential if you are a real hunter, professional salesperson, and self-motivated. Great people to work with and great product to sell. Excellent benefits and higher than norm 401k matching. Unlimited PTO but need to hit your numbers - it's a sales role, after all! What else would you expect?

      Working with restaurants is fun but challenging too.
