Pros
I have been able to blend my love for the hospitality industry with being able to set my own days up and to meet many interesting people. The product is well recieved and for this industry it is really cutting edge. Rewards Network has been doing it for over 30 years, so this isn't some fly by night thing. I also love the fact you have a base plus commision. You aren't living the feast or famine life like in many sales type jobs. My direct supervisor is professional and approachable and has a great set of values which matches mine. So far I have found the technology the company uses to be top of the line and makes the job very easy, for example when toing call entrys and communication. Also, everyone shares in excitement of someone getting a new client to come on board and is communicated sincerely.
Cons
Like in all sales jobs there is a performace measure. You must be motivated to seek out new business. This really isn't a con just a fact.
