      HR from the top down is broken. No clear succession planning and salary/hourly wages are out of line with other industries.

We have also strengthened our internal systems and departments, including Human Resources, to support that growth and yield better collective success. We also strive to ensure that our team members receive a competitive total compensation package, and we participate in an annual wage and benefits analysis to align with the market, commensurate with location, role and experience. With all of that said, we always encourage employees to share their insights and ideas with their supervisor and/or human resources representative.
