      good pay, bonuses, health insurance

      Cons

      management has no idea what hourly guys are doing. If you don't know your job management could have you running in circles getting nothing done. Management does not listen to the workers working with the equipment, performing modifications to equipment for improvement usually takes multiple repairs/modifications to get it right
