Pros

Guaranteed overtime as straight time overtime. 401k match is very good.

Cons

Healthcare and other secondary health benefits are lackluster for the money. Not comparable to other good companies in the state. Career succession plans do not exist. If you enter the company at a lower position then you can move laterally but not up. It is rare to break into higher positions.

It is a really good place to work with a highly supportive environment. The coworkers are great, team-oriented, and easy to collaborate with.

Good pay decent benefits plenty of good coworkers

Cons

Very dirty old facility’s . They don’t care about people you are just a number. Hr is judge jury and executioner. I was falsely accused of something and terminated. I never got to defend myself. I was called to management’s office told there’s an anonymous report on me and told to go home unpaid. After an investigation where I was unable to defend myself, I was terminated without ever being able to see my accusers because they were anonymous. This is what they do to you after almost 24 years of dedication to the company no prior disciplinary
