Pros
Lots of learning opportunity & growth programs to work your way towards corporate positions. Decent opportunities inside the branch level, and the path to promotion is fairly straightforward. Commission is 1% of your sales margin as an inside sales rep. Benefits are good.
Cons
The work/effort to compensation ratio is pretty bad. I was on track to 4x my sales revenue from the previous year and received a 60 cent raise on my base.. it just wasn't worth it.
