      Good company to work for overall. Salary is attractive for younger people starting out.

      Cons

      Career progression only really and good if you live in metro areas. No recognition for loyalty. Little to no recognition for going above and beyond other than a thank you email. Work often stressful the higher up you go within the company.

      It's a giant company. They do a pretty good job of disguising that and it's been a great experience.
