      None whatsoever, basically run by two people that do not care about staff only care about sales

      Cons

      No such thing as a rise. Company run like a dictatorship. Everyone on different pay scales in the same line of work. Look for a rise and basically told if u don't like it you know where the door is

      A well established multi-continental company.

      Cons

      It's a giant company. They do a pretty good job of disguising that and it's been a great experience.
