Pros
- Mostly relaxed company - Great place to learn about the industry - Not being open on Sunday's - depending on the branch but it's usually a fun environment
Cons
- Low salaries compared with competitors - Dysfunctional organization at times - Having to work the off Saturday on top of Mon-Friday - Not easy to 'work your way up', upper management seems to stay the same with the same people swapping roles - Upper management seems to stay the same for a long time, no fresh eyes and none spend time working in the branches and therefore don't always have realistic expectations
