Where do I even start. Management is nowhere to be found when you actually need them, but somehow everybody and their brother has an opinion about how you should run your territory. The Reyes family? Brands within the same house are being pitted against each other, which makes every buyer conversation needlessly complicated and puts reps in an impossible position. The tracking apps? Absolute garbage. Wonky, unreliable, and somehow still the tool you're expected to use to run your business. Then you've got suppliers like Gallo swooping in with demands ripped straight from a fantasy — completely detached from what's actually happening on the street. It's death by a thousand meddlers.
