There's no clear lane — just a revolving door of people undermining the reps closest to the business. And let's talk about the in-house portfolio cannibalism. Brands within the same house are being pitted against each other, which makes every buyer conversation needlessly complicated and puts reps in an impossible position. The tracking apps? Absolute garbage. Wonky, unreliable, and somehow still the tool you're expected to use to run your business. Then you've got suppliers like Gallo swooping in with demands ripped straight from a fantasy — completely detached from what's actually happening on the street. It's death by a thousand meddlers.
