Pros
A Paycheck Entry Positions Benefits (but their medical is not that good)
Cons
The management here is horrible. They have very perverse work policies and ethics that consistently demonstrates that their employees are only a resource to be exploited. There is too much politics in play at this institution, and if you think differently than their ideology, you are ostracized (and I'm not even political, but they are). Furthermore, management becomes exited about every little problem, as if someone is going to get fired if things are not put right immediately, with no sense of perspective or balance. To put it plainly, this place is not relaxing, creative, or just plain fun to work at. In their eyes, work is always serious, stressful, intense, and never fun. I liked my duties and was very good at them (so their reviews said), but I just could not spend my life working at a place were I can not enjoy myself. P.S. Their smoking policy is shameful (and I don't even smoke). They drug test for nicotine! So, no smoking on your personal time. Further proof that this company has little respect for their employees personal lives or otherwise.
