Pros
Great place to get good experience right out of college and reasonable pay for college grads. The people are great at Reynolds, you will find life long friends there. If you like structure, you will do well. The structure is great for a new professional in my opinion. If money is not your main concern in life, but enjoying your job and working with great people is, this might be the place for you. The training is outstanding and the professional development is great.
Cons
Once you have been there a few years, your advancement opportunities bottleneck; promotion opportunities don't come up often. Raises have always been poor, so the longer you stay, the farther away your salary gets from everyone else that's been working as long as you. Experience is not appreciated enough. I've heard the term used by upper management more than once "no one is irreplaceable". You should forget about ever making a decent salary as an experienced line employee and even a supervisor. I think Managers and up do fairly well though. However, good luck getting to that position.
