Pros
Good base salaries for sales positions and almost a monopoly on the industry. Lots of smart people working there since you basically have to score well on an IQ test to get in the door. Good initial training for sales reps and looks good on a resume if you're interested in building a career in software sales.
Cons
Very rigid corporate culture makes it a tough place to work and makes this a tough company for clients to do business with. After the initial training, there is little available to further learn what is a very challenging product to sell. Lots of distrust of sales people too.
