Pros
Only work here IF: (1) You can't find a job anywhere else. (2) You're straight out of college and every other employer requires experience. (3) You LIKE micro-management. (4) You're not liberal. (5) You're white.
Cons
(1) "Big Brother". Tracking of location (even going to the bathroom!); monitoring of websites, emails, and phone calls; etc. (2) Lack of respect. Unless you're management (and don't get me started there!), your opinion means absolutely nothing. Even when you're told it does. And if you work in a department that doesn't directly bill clients, you definitely don't matter. (3) Lack of praise. Receiving awards is entirely political, and people in the "lesser" departments don't get awards often. (4) Lack of pay. For someone straight out of college - sure, it's okay. But you're never compensated for experience. NEVER. (5) Bad training. The software education department means well, but... (6) You're expected to eat in the company-provided cafeteria - going out for lunch more than once every couple of months is frowned upon.
