They are not above the law - Anonymous employee Rhenus Group Employee Review

Rhenus seem to think they are above the law. They are not. Industrial relations law exists for a reason. Putting employee health and safety in danger knowingly and breaking several codes is unacceptable. This is what happens when your staff are incompetent. Also, very low pay well below industry standard. To be highly experienced in my field and to be paid the same as someone with zero experience is unacceptable. I am disgusted.
