      Pros

      Very friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful and quick to explain different procedures and aspects of the industry. They never lay off any of their employees no matter how well the business is doing.

      Absolutely nothing. This is a great company to work for.

      Some decent people and truly entry-level jobs

      Cons

      Laid off a huge chunk of the company and gave everyone else much heavier workloads with no compensation increase.
