Pros
Great benefits, flexible, lot's of opportunities to learn, great people, innovative. Generous time off. All in all, it's a great place to work.
Cons
Need more formal training programs. While there are lots of opportunities for informal training, more formal role-based training is needed, especially in the absence of "departments." Slow to hire.
