      Great work life balance and culture, love the people, love the vision

      Cons

      As an entry level employee (RA) you don't make industry average pay (43-48k). If you wait it out until a promotion its worth it but its rough for the first 1-2 years.

      Some decent people and truly entry-level jobs

      Cons

      Laid off a huge chunk of the company and gave everyone else much heavier workloads with no compensation increase.
