      The company has a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.

      Cons

      Promotions/salary are probably slightly slower/lower than standard but that is made up for at least in part with stability. Depends on what you value more.

      Some decent people and truly entry-level jobs

      Cons

      Laid off a huge chunk of the company and gave everyone else much heavier workloads with no compensation increase.
