Pros
Low to no layoff strategy, casual work environment with skilled and highly motivated staff. Approachable CEOs who actually care about their employees, profit share, yearly bonus, an overall great place to work. Rho is a great place to get your feet wet in the industry and they are always looking for fresh, young talent.
Cons
Low turnover which is great, however it also limits job growth in some departments. Employees once a month, which can be a bit challenging.
