      Everyone is friendly and works together. Never a lack of assistance when needed. It seems there is a good set of ethics from the top down.

      Cons

      Salary is lacking for the area and education requirements. Growth may be slower than necessary in todays job market.

      Some decent people and truly entry-level jobs

      Cons

      Laid off a huge chunk of the company and gave everyone else much heavier workloads with no compensation increase.
