Pros
great benefits, nice people, really good working environment. It's a fun place to be every day. The academic facilities are really top-notch.
Cons
As a non-profit, salaries simply cannot compete with some private businesses. Real estate in the area has gotten increasingly expensive, making it harder to live close by.
