Pros
Great benefits, including free tuition at Rice for your family after 5 years of benefits eligible work. You can also take classes yourself to grow in whatever direction you like. The campus is beautiful, so it's a great environment, and the people I've interacted with were generally positive and helpful. The onsite, top notch fitness facility is available to you. It's really quite wonderful.
Cons
If I had to pick something, it would be the parking. It's not free, and the cheaper lots are quite a hike from the campus - but I didn't mind getting a free workout every day!
