      Pros

      Enthusiastic and understanding supervisors (and professors). Pay is good per hour but hours were capped, nevertheless it provided a good experience.

      Cons

      Capped hours, if work is done remotely it can be hard to figure out what professor wants. Research is what you make of it though.

      Good communications, good boss, good location

      Cons

      No scope for raises. Receive silly plaques to commemorate work anniversaries rather than raise.
