      Pros

      Rice is located across the street from the Houston Medical Center. It has a beautiful campus with a nice running trail around the perimeter. The people who work at Rice are very easy to get along with which makes Rice a great place to work.

      Cons

      Sometimes Rice feels like a small business...the systems need improvement.
