      The benefits were pretty good, the campus is very nice, and many of the people are pleasant

      Cons

      Not much of an environment for growth, much is expected of you with little support, and the stakes are always very high because fundraising goals are outlandish

      No scope for raises. Receive silly plaques to commemorate work anniversaries rather than raise.
