Great pay, flexible schedule, great staff and students to work with. Benefits are good, beautiful campus and proximity and location cannot be beat

Lack of promotional opportunities. slow moving processes and productivity, lack of documentation and/or training in the proper areas, job titles are over-inflated and expectations are vague
