      Warm, tight community. You know everyone! Lots of events that just naturally make the university comunity stronger. You can feel how people are genuinly trying to help. Very practical in terms of resources, besides giving resources, they also guide you in how you can get the best

      No scope for raises. Receive silly plaques to commemorate work anniversaries rather than raise.
