      403b retirement, beautiful campus, president cares.

      Cons

      paying for parking, you still have to pay money even though they offer tuition reimbursement, you have to pay money even though they offer to pay for conferences.

      Good communications, good boss, good location

      No scope for raises. Receive silly plaques to commemorate work anniversaries rather than raise.
