I encountered many kind people who were willing to help. Many organizational strengths, including UG education and research.
Cons
There are leaders with (unhelpfully) traditional mindsets who care about some student populations and not others. Badly needs to remedy its tech deficit and improve student experience at the master's/PCO level. Eradicate hubris and refocus on the mission.
