The work required is not worth the pay. The work place environment is the reason I left. The veterans who work there do not want tolerate any sense of competition when they see you working hard. The environment is so discouraging, you have to really be with in the crowd (which is a mess in itself) to move up and to be respected. They also do not tolerate cell phones, or needing time off whether you have the time to take or not. Most the women do not have kids and expect you to put your position over your kids.
