Pros
This dealership is a great stepping stone, you have no future there. They play favorites all across the board. If you can find a way to make them money, they will pay you as little as possible, and blatantly keep the money as well as show it off in your face. You can make some money there, but the majority of people who work there cant afford anything on the lot.
Cons
The retention rate is embarrassingly low. People who have been there for years are leaving because they are tired of the lies coming from the management staff. They will do everything they can to get you to do work for free, and pay you as little as possible. If you have any sort of morals, reconsider. Honestly they say they are an equal opportunity employer, but they Keep mostly white males. The color of your skin does make a difference as to how they treat you. If you are of darker complexion then you are seen as "the help." They literally tell all employees that they are focused on "Servant Leadership." There are many ways this can be interpreted, but the managers seem to believe they are the leaders of disposable servants. If you want a plantation like atmosphere in the automotive industry this is your place. Be prepared for Sexist and Racist comments throughout the entire dealership all day long. Accept any offer with caution.
