Pros
-You get to play with nice shiny new cars and they buy you food on Saturdays. -If you just so happen to get lucky you'll sell a few cars. -The training pay is desirable. -If you're one of the spoiled ones the hours are very relaxed.
Cons
-If you're lazy, shy, or just that unlucky, you won't sell hardly anything. -Management is rude, apathetic, and shows a LOT of favoritism. -If no one actually SEES the potential that you have, they'll brush you off like dandruff. -Say Adios to your work/life balance. Ridiculous hours for a small piece of change. -No opportunity for advancement. -Unfair business practices, no one does anything on time. -Paints a pretty picture upon hire, but after the training pay stops the "indentured servitude" begins.
