The nature of the business is to help those who are struggling in the areas of mental illness and substance abuse. Ridgeview offers very good care to its patients.

Cons

The climate is clicky...those who are a part of advance and those who are not don't.

You had free range to conduct your groups how you liked

Cons

Unsteady leadership all the way up to the CEO no supervision Doctors didn’t see patients consistently but prescribed a lot of medication and changes Doctors wanted you to fill out their paperwork for them to sign Too many things they wanted you to do outside of your expertise I can do go on and on but these are the main issues
